How long does an order take?
We primarily operate under a pre-order system to avoid unnecessary stock buildup. The estimated manufacturing time is between 1 and 7 business days.
In some cases, we have limited units in stock, allowing us to expedite shipping.
We recommend contacting us directly for updated product availability.
Return policy
You have 1 to 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return for any product.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging intact.
If you wish to initiate a return process, please contact us first so we can provide you with the necessary instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Once we receive and verify the condition of the item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
When will an out-of-stock product be available again?
If a product appears to be out of stock, it will be available again once the manufacturing process is complete.
We work with select materials and sometimes use special fabrics or inputs that are not replenished , which means that only a few units of that design are manufactured .
If you are interested in an out-of-stock product, we recommend writing to us to confirm whether it will be available again.
